Support Staff
<< Our Team
The support staff at Midwest Bariatric shares a common goal in their enthusiasm and commitment for treating morbidly obese patients. This disease is such a common problem, that they realize that they need to do everything they can to help people get through the process, whether it's getting insurance approval, or responding to questions both pre and post-operatively.

There are a number of unique issues that arise for this population of patients versus our typical general surgical population. Our staff is extremely well-informed and well-versed in the disease and treatment of morbid obesity.

"After deciding to do my graduate thesis on the quality of life post-weight loss surgery and researching the subject, I was shocked at the epidemic of morbid obesity in our world. I’ve seen the negative effects of obesity on hundreds of people from a medical, physical and emotional aspect. Surgery is definitely not an easy road to travel, but the results of weight-loss surgery are amazing. The joy of giving someone their life back is beyond words. I truly care about each of our patients, and my goal is to help them be successful in their journey to good health."

It is very rewarding to see all of our success stories when the patients return for their post operative visits. It's incredible to see how we have helped them change their lives."

"Julie is sensational. We can refer all financial and insurance questions to her and if she doesn't have the answer immediately, she has the resources available to find the answer."
